Serco required support in negotiating key supplier contracts for a £40m bike-scheme initiative, addressing complex issues including government and Brexit-related data protection concerns.
Outcome
(1) Successfully negotiated supplier contracts with Pashley Cycles (bikes provider) and Beryl (bike-scheme platform).
(2) Addressed and resolved central government and Brexit-related data protection issues to enable contract finalisation.
(3) Ensured favourable terms and pricing for both agreements, valued at £40m.
