Client Summery

Dukebridge, a newly formed consultancy business spun off from a major recruitment company, lacked foundational terms, processes, and a financial model, creating operational and legal risks.

Outcome

(1) Drafted a Master Services Agreement (MSA) from scratch and secured approval from the customer’s legal team.

(2) Reviewed and streamlined existing ad-hoc delivery processes, incorporating them into a standard operating model.

(3) Delivered standard templates for MSAs and Statements of Work (SOWs).

(4) Designed and implemented an end-to-end delivery model for consultancy projects.

(5) Built a standard financial model and introduced automated financial reporting.
